Can News Corp be sued for raketeering?
This is a serious question. I believe News Corp fits the description for raketeering perfectly. Do we have any specific laws against raketeering that can be cited to bring Rupert Murdoch and his attempt to eradicate Freedom of the Press to justice?

- Although I don't like FOX either- TOTALLY NOT FAIR AND BALANCED! I don't think that's raketeering- I thought raketeering was about conspiring to commit crimes and stuff. But you could sue them for false advertising- 'fair and balanced' is just BS.
